My iPad won’t update iPadOS 13.3.1. Ive always just run IOS. I’m trying to update to IOS 13.5 from IOS12.4.1. How do I do that?

Unless you have one of these iPad models, you can no longer update the iOS. If you do have one of them, you will be able to update all the way to iOS 14.3.
