I want to buy a new iPhone 12 mini and currently have an iPhone 7 I was wondering if the iPhones come with a SIM card or if I would have to get one through Rodgers?

While you can use your current Sim card, it would be advisable to get a new sim card from your carrier which is provisioned for 5G service.
