Bluetooth quality issues between Apple Watch (Series 6) and Cochlear Implants (Nucleus 7)

Hello, I’m relatively new to the Apple Watch devices (just got a series 6 as a Christmas gift) and I understand that they are not fully compatible with the Nucleus 7 cochlear implant, but I can still stream/control music via the watch to my implants.

My issue regarding the streaming function is that the quality of the Bluetooth seems to deteriorate when I actually wear the watch and am walking. I don’t know why, but if the watch is at a certain angle then the sound just turns to static and I cannot hear the music clearly. This is bizarre and mildly infuriating to me because I could leave the watch on a table and be about 8 feet away from it, and I would still be able to get a clear signal from it.

This is also an issue with my iPhone, but NOWHERE near as problematic as with the series 6 watch...has anyone else had this issue (mainly people with cochlear implants using Apple devices’ Bluetooth capabilities???)
