When I turn on WiFi for my phone it keeps saying weak security,is it a problem with my WiFi provider or am I doing something wrong?

My iPhone keeps telling me that my WiFi has weak security,what should I do?

It means the current security configuration for your Wi-Fi router is now considered to be weak and should be changed to something more secure. Its not an issue with your provider directly no, but with their hardware if they provide the Wi-Fi router you are using.
