My safari app on my iphone 6 is not working and says your iphone is not connected to the internet

My iPhone 6s is having the same problem. I have used different networks I have double and triple check settings on my iPhone. Nothing works this happened after my last update yesterday. My current version is iOS 14.3 iPhone 6s Plus. Is there anyway to remove the new update in hopes that my phone will start working again
