I have reset my computer, shut down my computer and time after time I can not get my touch id to work. I currently have no finger prints on here. I go to try and add one and it doesn't let me. I type in my password for my MacBook and then it takes me back to add the finger print and I click it to add one but nothing happens. nothing changes on the screen.
