What is going on with Notes?

This is getting beyond ridiculous. I will be using Notes and there will be a sudden ‘glitch’ and every single note and folder on iCloud will completely disappear from my phone. I’ll then have to turn off Notes in iCloud and turn it back on and wait HOURS for all of my notes to return. This has been happening consistently since the last update.

Is Apple ever going to fix this?!
