Can't add a workout. No add workout tab.

Good question fieryjack. I have a first generation watch. It recently wasn’t connecting to my phone so I did a full reset. It appear to be working fine now. When I check for software updates for it on my phone, I get an error message that says it won’t connect. So I don’t know what OS I’m using. Perhaps my issues run deeper than the question. Thank you for your response anyway.

I figured it was time for an upgrade. Curious, as I was able to add activities when I first got the watch. Don’t understand why yoga and dance aren’t on the list of choices. The reset seems to have created some problems. Thank you!
