iOS14 has broken iMessage blocking

Since I upgraded to iOS14, blocking someone doesn’t stop them from being able to harass and abuse you via iMessage.

When will Apple get it together and fix this?

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone.
