Account verification

A short while ago i received an email asking me to verify my account within 12 hrs or it would be suspended. Everything was going fine until i reached the cardholder’s info. I don’t have a credit card nor was info for one ever uploaded. Theres no option to skip or otherwise, can someone assist? What should i do?
