Why is the uploading process are slow on my devices to icloud. I have notifications on the photos saying that 5k photos video is uploading..bit it took like forever to finish. And I have notifications saying my device storage is almost full. Pls help!

Depending on the volume of photos you are uploading it will usually take a while, and depending on how much traffic you have on your local network, maybe even a bit longer than usual.
