I get an message while trying to update my Ipad mini4 that reads can not update unknown error.
I rebooted my comp and the mini just shops with a cord and a box and a support.apple.com/restore on it.
Tried that link but is went nowhere
Try plugging your iPad into your computer and run iTunes. Download the latest version and then it should update.
