MICROSOFT O 365 FOR IPAD PRO 2020

I have downloaded the Microsoft O 365 from my Education account but after downloading the file is not openable & I am unable to process the installation. Pls guide what can be the problem. My education I’d supports full version of O 365 & I am using it on my other laptops.
