Postmates - I need a proof of delivery

To whom it may concern,


I have bought an iPhone on December 5th & it showed that it had been delivered next day. However, I didn’t receive it. I called Apple twice, got the tracking number & tried to reach postmate to check where the item or who received it. Bellow is the exchanged emails.

Can you provide me with the proof of delivery and/or the name of the person who received it on my behalf?

or contact me via email so that I can forward you my address & purchase .


PS: this is a delivery topic and the choices below doesn’t have such an option.

Hmm, I would think that your primary contact should be with the shipping company. File a claim!
