I ordered an iPhone and have not received it

No one was home when the order came so it was taken to the UPS pick up point. When I tracked the shipment it says that the items were received by me. I did NOT go to this store and pick up my phone, I was at work.

I did NOT receive my phone from this store and I DO NOT have possession of this iphone 13. I’ve been trying to contact UPS snd they’ve provide no help except to file a claim which I'm doing right now. Could you please consult me on how to resolve this problem? This may sound rude but If this isn't resolved I need a full refund or a new iphone 13 with all the specs I paid for sent to me immediately.
