Phone shipment

I recently put in a claim to get my phone repaired and it said to bring the phone to the ups store but I haven’t gotten an address to give ups nor have I received a email stating the next step

Before you can take it to UPS you should receive a box and a UPS mailing label or envelope.

If you don't get it in 3 or 4 days contact Apple Support again.


You will also get instructions how to prepare the phone
