i am not able to use outlook on ios 12.5

In the App Store it shows that iOS 13 is required to use the Outlook app.

So Microsoft must no longer support older iOS versions.

If you need to run Outlook, you'll need to run newer iOS, which means you'll need a newer iPhone.

Outlook is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
