Strap
Hi
i have just received my new watch but the strap will not click into place
other straps will but the piece with the holes on which is the right size for me won’t. Can I get it replaced please

This is not Apple but a User Forum of other Apple Users trying to assist. Try inserting your band into your watch and gently rocking it to the left or right until it "clicks" into place, you may need to push the band release button several times to get it to "free" up.
