Hello. I purchased a 3 month Hinge subscription, that doesn’t renew until Feb 20, but my account isn’t working. Can you please help me with why that would be.

If the app isn't responding as expected: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
Verify that your Hinge app is still showing an active subscription, by following the steps here: See or cancel your subscriptions
Then check if there are any app updates which need to be downloaded and/or installed: Update apps or use automatic downloads
If everything looks good and the app is updated, you'll want to contact the app developer for help. Let them know exactly what's happening: How to contact an app developer
