Office 365 personal subscription is not working.

I have subscribed to Office 365 personal through my apple ID. In my iPhone it says subscription is valid till Jun 6th. But the microsoft account says subscription expired on May 6. It happens across all my devices. I tried every solution available online, but no success so far.

I was using this subscription since last 2 year and now I am stuck.

microsoft 365 personal it's been a nightmare... I have an issue with my subscription bought trough apple store last september, was working well and now it is asking me to renew or login with another account!! nothing is working, spent 10 hours between apple and microsoft.... the issue is not resolved despite the fact that it seems a current problem. My subscription is active until next september but I can not use it on my macbook air!!!! when it was working well until now... can someone help me?

MS 365 (Office) subscription not recognized by Microsoft I've subscribed to Microsoft 365 (premium) on my iPhone and am billed annually, but my subscription is not recognized by Microsoft: when I try to "activate" it on any of my devices through any of MS applications, nothing is found. I'm using the email address associated with my iCloud account, which is also used for a MS365 account, but the MS365 account shows no transaction or subscription associated with the account, while I can see the subscription on my AppStore and iCould account on all my devices. Any ideas how to resolve?
