Can’t delete a web browser saved on my Home Screen.

I don’t know how it got there but some how a web browser was saved to my home page and I’m not able to delete it. Please help. I tried seeing if restrictions are on but I can’t find the restriction setting on my IPhone XR

Never mind! I found it under my Iphone storage setting ms under app clip
