IMAGE CAPTURE NOT SEEING IPHONE

I have an iPhone 11 running iOS 14.3 and a new Mac mini running Big Sur 11.1.

For some reason Image Capture and Lightroom see my iPhone as locked. I can't download my photos off of my phone. I've restarted the phone and the programs.

I'm at a bit of a loss at this point. I've seen other threads about Image Capture not being able to see the phone but in all those cases it seemed people were running older OS or iPhones.

Try using different USB ports on your mini.

Try using a different cable (preferably an apple original)
