Cloudy Picture on Facetime
On my iPhone 12, my face time picture is cloudy/smear can’t get a clear picture.

It sounds like you're taking a screenshot in FaceTime. Do you experience this same behavior, if you were not in FaceTime? If you haven't tried yet, let's test FaceTime on both cellular data and Wi-Fi to see if the images in screenshot remain the same. It's important to note that a stable network connection in FaceTime is important to improve picture quality.
