My facetime photos dont seem to be working. Ive hard reset my phone. Ive turned facetime on and off still nothing

they dont save to my photo album
Perhaps that feature is not availlable in your country/region.
It worked then stopped
Both correspondents MUST have Settings>Facetime>LivePhoto ENABLED.
