I deleted my iCloud account on my iPhone and I made a new one, but i forgot to sign out on my iPad and now when I try to sign out of my deleted iCloud account on my ipad it says “ Verification failed, cannot find this person.” I try to reset my iPad but nothing and then I try to sign back in on my old iCloud account on Apple ID online but it’s deleted of course. What do I do and can you please help me out?

There isn't anything to be fixed as the account was permanently deleted this is precisely the reason I inform individuals to carefully read everything before permanently deleting their accounts - Understand and control the personal information that you store with Apple - Apple Support.

When you say deleted, did you make a formal request to Apple to have it permanently deleted? If so, then that account is gone.
Yes permanently deleted.
Then you cannot sign out of that account if it's permanently deleted.
So.... what do I do? Do I go to an Apple Store to have someone fix it or what?
