iCloud backup storage

In my cloud I have 145.5G backup data which takes almost all of my storage. How can I remove this? Is it okay to remove as long as I have my photos and videos?

iCloud backup So I only have the 5gb iCloud storage plan but my next iCloud backup is over 5 gb. I don’t know if I can delete old backups but my pictures are not on my iCloud anymore because I got to full storage. Is there anything else I can do or am I left to upgrade to the 50gb?
