reset security question

i have id and password but cannot login to my account, and manage my account!

always ask me to answer security question, but i already forgot the answer!

what can i do?

i try to reset my security question but it say

Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

so what can i do?
