Security Question Reset

I am trying to logo into my account.

i have my ID and Password, but do not remember my security questions...when I try to reset, I keep getting the following message:


We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.


How do I provide sufficient info...there are no steps to continue

You need to set up two-factor authentication or contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.
