Facetime and Imessage MacBook pro 13

Anyone know why I can't sign in on my imessage and facetime? when I try to login into Imessage it let me login me in for a few seconds and then kicks me out. then I try login on facetime and it won't let me in automatically takes me back to apple id and password

It doesn't matter how many times I try it keeps doing the same thing.

I already try everything about the time and date, I check that the apple id are correct and working.. all that stuff that apple recommended to fix this issue without luck.

I don't have a IPhone phone so I'm not even trying to sync the phone with the Mac..

any clue?
