Noise cancellation not working with Dell Laptop

I have Dell Inspiron 7501 with Windows 10 installed.

Whenever I connect my Airpods Pro to the laptop, the noise cancellation does not work or gets disabled. It works with my iphone and ipad as well. Anyway I can fix that?

See If Active Noise Cancellation isn't working as expected on your AirPods Pro - Apple Support. It isn't stated there explicitly, but perhaps ANC is only supported when connected to Apple hardware?
