Itunes on PC does no recognize - Iphone

Hi, I downloaded Itunes from MS store, encountered itunes on my PC does not recognize my Iphone. I followed all steps on apple website and support. Discovered Apple Mobile Device USB Driver and Apple SD Card Reader are missing from Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

Any advise how to rectify this problem. Thanks.
