same happened here, iphone12mini 128gb, bought dec2020, still on ios 14.3.
happened last week while i was on safari, lasted about 5sec, i thought i accidentally inverted the colors but when i tried replicating it via settings it was not an option, there was no cyan invert available, i just thought maybe a software bug.
after a few days it happened again, about 10secs this time, again on safari but remained even after i pressed home via assistive touch. i was able to take a screen shot only and not a video as i was nowhere near any other iphone or gadget to take a video as evidence. the screenshot taken came out normal in color and not cyan, so i think its a hardware issue as the screenshot didn’t detect the cyan invert, only my eyes did, so it must be a display issue.
happened again a few days ago but lasted only 1sec., on home screen.
then yesterday while i was using the flashlight for about a minute, via the lowerleft shortcut, the flashlight turned off by itself, and for a few seconds i couldn’t re-activate the flashlight, seems like the flashlight shortcut was disabled for a few seconds, and after about a minute it suddenly returned to normal, i was able to turn on the flashlight again.
then just a few hours ago, i was recording short video clips on a dark outdoor which automatically turned on the flashlight assist and after about 4 or 5 clips of 30sec videos the video shortcut on the lower right couldn’t be activated, seems like it was disabled for a few seconds just like the flashlight icon, but returned to normal after about a minute.
i do have a speck presidio casing on it but i didn’t feel any unusual temperature on the iphone from the area near the camera where its not covered by the casing. also, battery level was well above 20% during those events.
by now, ios 14.6 is already available but i’m still hesitant to update since mine occurred on ios 14.3 and it wasn’t resolved on 14.4, and update info doesn’t mention anything about these problems, so i might hang on at 14.3 for a while until i hear some fix for these bugs or problems.
