Auto SMS Send from my Phone to this 447786205094

I am Using iOS 14.3 and i have found My Phone send two (2) SMS to this 447786205094 number which i didn't send. I have asked to my telecom operator and they told me those SMS send from my Phone. I have never send any SMS to this number 447786205094. I don't understand how it is possible. Would you please explain?

Each time you change the SIM or activate iMessage/iCloud/FaceTime you must have got these warnings (As Shown in the pic below). If you had tapped on OK then .....
