Apple One Premier family sharing issues

I have the Apple One Premier plan on my main account and phone, but in my family shared accounts only Fitness plus and Icloud storage work with a different apple id that is part of my family share. News , books and Music do not work in family share , and the only way I can gain access to all the content is if I add my main apple if in each device. Family share is properly set up. Any ideas to be able to access all content without the need of my main apple id but with each independent family share users?
