Apple News Canada and "Full" Content

Signed up for this Apple News + service as an alternative to Subscriptions to multiple Canadian News Outlets. However, I believe that the promotion is misleading as it states the following

Stay up to date with full access to the world’s best journalism.

and specifically for The Globe and Mail. (My emphasis)

Get all the news and analysis from Canada’s leading national newspaper.

So why do I get “This story is not available in Apple News”.

I have tried all the basic updates and reinstalled News, but still the same resultfor some stories. So this is not “all” the news and I believe that the Globe and Apple should clearly state the limitations or restrictions on this service, If it is just a means to get people to subscribe to the full Globe then it should be promoted as a “trial” or limited access. I understand that things like portfolio tracking, full analyst reports, etc would not be included....but a story is a story and all is all.
