My phone does not stay connected to CarPlay. CarPlay keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during my trips and this has been an issue since at least June 2020. Recently, my phone has been completely shutting down while using CarPlay. Is there anyway to fix this? It's annoying when listening to an audiobook or podcast but it becomes stressful when trying to use GPS.

Have you had a chance to connect your device using a different Lightning to USB cable?
Will it be possible to connect using a different USB port in your vehicle? Is there any issue with the USB port itself?
