iPhone cannot be set to audibly ring but can vibrate

• Are you cur renting running iOS 14.3 or the highest iOS option for your model of iPhone?
• Have you updated all apps currently installed on your iPhone? Update apps or use automatic downloads
• What apps specifically are you not receiving notifications for?
• Have you confirmed that Do Not Disturb or Silent mode have been enabled? Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode
• Is your iPhone showing the correct date and time? Set the date and time on iPhone
• Are you using a VPN or APN on your device? If disabled does this issue persist?
