Turn off RTT ON IOS 14.3

I’m at iOS 14.3. My RTT turned off in accessibility but my phone still used it for incoming calls. I want it turned off.

RTT keeps coming up because my phone number was REDIALED using the RECENTS window. Dialed from CONTACTS it’s ok. Crazy as it seems the old contact is remembering that the call was an RTT call.
