I don't want or need RTT. I just received a phone call and in order to answer I had to accept a change to the phone and get RTT. I lost my ability to mute and RTT turns on every time I use the phone.
How do I get RTT off my phone?

It turns out that it was the person that was calling had it turned on... It wasn't my phone. Thank you for reading.
