Driver not supported

Does anyone know when Big Sur will be compatible to Serato Dj and Virtual DJ. Currently it’s not supported. When I tried to download the drivers needed on my 2020 MacBook Pro it was saying that it only supports Catalina over lower.

I think you have the question the wrong way around.

It's not up to Big Sur to add compatibility for Serato DJ/Virtual DJ/any specific app.

It's up to the app developers to add compatibility with the OS. Apple typically gives developers 6-12 months of notice of new OS versions, and early access releases so they can test their apps and provide updates if needed.

As such, it's the developers you should be asking the question of.

If you use additional equipment with Virtual DJ on your Mac, and that equipment uses some form of software, be sure that software is ready for Big Sur too. Virtual DJ is compatible with Big Sur now, but the software needed for sound cards or any other peripherals should be checked for compatibility as well.

You might want to contact Serato to see why their software still doesn't have Big Sur compatibility.
