Viber backup problem

Hi guys,

I have performed backup with included pictures on my iPhone. Now i’m turning pictures off, and I got error message. As you can see I have plenty of space on iCloud. Unfortunately I can’t even delete backup on iCloud without deleting data on iPhone. Any idea how to solve this issue?

What’s app back up Hi my what’s app back up is stuck on preparing for a week now. I have checked the iCloud and storage space, toggled the what’s app on iCloud off then on again, reset network settings etc but nothing works. I have more than enough space left too as I’m on 200gb

Turn both the include photos and videos on.

It helped to solve the same issue on my device.
