My earpod pros will not stay in my ears, and they fall out at the worst times. Is there a dongle or something that will at least prevent them from falling through a sewer grate, into a toilet, etc.?

My original AirPods stayed in without any problem. I wore them at the gym. I get the best fit with the smaller tip. Left AirPods is acceptable passes the test. My right does not pass fit test nor will it stay in. I need one size smaller on the tip.
