Names disappear from address book
Why do names disappear from my contact list on my iPhone?

We understand that your contacts' names disappear within the Contacts app, and we'd be happy to help look into this with you. To help us move forward, we'd just like to ask you a few questions.
Does this issue occur with all your contacts, or only to a few? If only a few, were these contacts manually added to the Contacts app or were they imported from another source, such as an email account?
Are these same contacts' names missing in other apps, such as Messages, Phone, Mail, etc?
Do you sync your contacts with iCloud? If so, does this happen across all of your devices, including the iCloud website: iCloud
