iPhone 11 Pro Camera Heavy Flickering and making crackling noise(like electric shock)

iPhone 11 Pro Max Camera Heavy Flickering and making crackling noise coming from lenses like little electric shocks. I can feel on hand some vibration as well.

I bought a iPhone 11 pro is Nov 2019 and I got this issue fo camera flickering and crackling noise in sept 2020 since i was under warranty they replaced the phone with a brand new iPhone 11 pro. Now after 4 months of using it having the same problem. Spoke to customer support over phone they told since my iPhone warranty is expired they can't replace it.

This new iPhone is only 4 months old.
