iphone 12 pro max not wireless charging

First, are you able to charge using a cable? Knowing that would help to narrow this down.

Are you using an Apple MagSafe charger? Which one?

If you have a third-party charger, is it Qi-certified as shown here? How to wirelessly charge your iPhone

Also, do you have a case? If so, does the issue persist with the case removed?

I have the same problem. I’ve updated to the latest iOS on my iPhone 12 Pro. The only time I can get the phone to recognize a wireless charger is after a restart, but it stops working at some point and my phone’s charge dwindles to 10% overnight. This is the biggest disappointment I have with this phone as it was the biggest feature I was looking forward to.

Yes I am able to charge with a cable only. I had purchased the MagSafe charger from apple and since the new update I am unable to charge thru it. I also have apple certified blekin 3-1 wireless charger. still unable to charge wirelessly. pls suggest. I did try removing the megsafe case. nothing has helped
