iPhone 12 not charging wirelessly.

I did have a piece of metal that is used to connect with magnetic mount in my car on the back of the phone. I relocated it to the very bottom of the phone and the charger now seems to be working. Well, the led is lite, where as before it would light up and then blink. Not sure it is really working as the phone was charged up (100%) so will try it later after using the phone and letting the battery discharge. Thank you for the link you sent.
