Hi, I’m having an issue with doing the student discount subscription for Apple Music and every time I tried verifying that I am eligible for it, it happens to show a blank screen of the background leaving me unable to make a subscription. Is there a way to fix this issue and how would I do it?
Have you tried force quitting the app and trying again? If that doesn't work, try restarting your device.
Hm, that's weird. I'd contact Apple Support, as this seems like an issue with your account.
Do you have another device like a Mac or an iPad? You could try signing up on that device instead.

just tried it on both my iPad, Mac, also a windows laptop through iTunes and it still didn’t work.
