Hi, I’m having an issue with doing the student discount subscription for Apple Music and every time I tried verifying that I am eligible for it, it happens to show a blank screen of the background leaving me unable to make a subscription. Is there a way to fix this issue and how would I do it?

Have you tried force quitting the app and trying again? If that doesn't work, try restarting your device.
