Apple Music subscription

I subscribed to Apple Music student membership. After verifying I was a student which took forever, now I can’t seem to navigate Apple Music because it keeps asking me to pick a subscription, and also Apple keeps billing me multiple times, even though they keep saying that iTunes cannot process my purchase at this time
