I have an series 3 Apple Watch and I can’t get it to update...I’ve tried deleting things and minimizing things...nothing works...how is it possible that it doesn’t have enough memory?

To free storage space on  Watch -

Using the Watch app on the paired iPhone, unpair the watch. Then repair the watch. Doing so frees up storage space by deleting temporary files, corrupted files and then reindexing the filing system.
