Safari, chrome, google maps not loading on cellular connection

Hi, I have an iPhone XR (two years old) currently running iOS 14.3. If I’m not connected to WiFi and just on cellular, safari, google chrome, and google maps never load properly for me. They will just all be blank screens in their apps. If I’d go on another app like Instagram or Facebook, there’s no issue. I do not know why this is happening with just those select apps. This has been a problem prior to updating to 14.3 and it’s been an issue for about a year (at least). Any and all advice would be much appreciated. It’s very frustrating considering the other apps are working.
